The main house offers a stylish open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony made for sunsets. It includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ducted heating and cooling throughout. Tucked away at the rear of the property, a self-contained guest studio provides extra privacy with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and split-system air conditioning. Ideal for extended family or couples. With fast Wi-Fi, paddle boards, a hot outdoor shower, and all the comforts of home, Seascape is the perfect beachfront escape for families, couples, or those working remotely. Living, Dining, Kitchen & Balcony The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the home, with stunning ocean views. The living space includes a comfy sofa, large TV with Netflix and Disney+, plus a range of games for all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, plus a breakfast bar. The dining area features a large table with seating for 8 and a highchair for little ones. A starter pack with coffee pods, tea, milk, and cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper is provided. Step from the living area onto the balcony, complete with an outdoor dining table for 4, to soak in the sea breezes and ocean sunsets. Bedrooms • Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with luxurious king-sized bed, walk-in robe, ensuite with spa bath. • Bedroom 2: Kid’s room with bunk bed, single bed, small wardrobe. Top bunk weight limit is 60 kg. • Bedroom 3: Single bed, built-in wardrobe, large desk (ideal for remote work). Single bed is a fold-down cupboard bed that folds out from the cupboard and rests close to the floor (locked in this position for safety). • Bedroom 4: Guest suite with comfortable queen-sized bd, built-in robe, ensuite, kitchenette. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are included. Travel cot is available, stored in the walk-in robe of the main bedroom. Bathrooms The master ensuite includes a spa bath, separate shower, vanity, and toilet. The main bathroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Laundry Includes washing machine, dryer, iron, indoor airer, and clotheslines in the garage and outside. Laundry detergent is provided. Outdoor Spaces The rear courtyard includes a Weber BBQ, dining table, and hot outdoor shower for sandy beach days. Guest Suite Perfect for couples or extra guests, the cosy studio features a queen-sized bed, kitchenette (cooktop, microwave, sink), ensuite, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Of note, the guest suite shower entry is narrow (35 cm) and may not suit all guests. The guest suite is not rented separately and is included in the overall cost of the property. However, if your group consists of 6 guests or fewer and you notify us in advance that you do not wish to use the guest suite during your stay, you will receive a $100 refund once your booking payment is received. In this case, keys to the guest suite will not be provided. Availability is not guaranteed. Accessibility • While the property is single storey, there is an undercroft garage and a flight of stairs from the ground level to the entrance of the house. The house is a spit level home with 2 stairs to negotiate inside the house. There are 2 stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. • Guest suite shower entry is narrow (35 cm) and may not suit all guests. • Caution is advised around the raised breakfast bar stool area, which is a step up from the rest of the living room. Good to Know • House guide provided before check-in. • No parties or smoking. • Must be 25+ years old to book. • Security camera on exterior of building. • Guest numbers must be confirmed before arrival. • Leaving the home excessively dirty will result to additional cleaning charges. Occupancy Limit • The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests — a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. This helps ensure everyone has enough space and comfort during their stay. ID Verification Requirement • Please note we require a copy of your valid photo ID (drivers licence or passport) upon booking. • Guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests. • This information is collected securely for verification purposes only and is neither stored nor used after the screening process. • You will be notified of the booking confirmation once your ID has been verified. Rental Agreement • Guests are required to review and sign a short rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. The agreement simply confirms house rules and stay details.
